First release down, so many to go!
This is only the beginning!
It's funny, on the day that the first single and music video [Spider's Eyes] was released, I was doing some filming for the next single's music video. We took a break to engage with you guys for the Spider's Eyes Music Video premier then went right back to filming!
It's been busy busy getting everything together.
I'm currently editing the second music video, finishing up songs for the album, trying to get on Podcasts to talk about what I'm doing, and trying to keep up with the Marketing Grind.
It's a lot! But I am really hoping that I can make a career of this! The effort is worth it to me.
I wanted to talk about how awesome Threads has been. I had seen it advertised on instagram a lot and ignored it for a long time. Barely paid it any mind.
Finally one day something compelled me to finally check it out and it's a whole world of creatives on there.
I had no idea this app had so much going on in the music community!
I connected with many other artists straight away! It was amazing! My feed was (and is) filled with art and music, people with similar goals to me...
I absolutely love being surrounded by art and other artists like that.
I met Infina on there almost immediately, and they were really down to earth and cool guys trying to get a live show going, and doing things with their own music.
We talked together about the music videos we were filming and at the time it was kind of left at that.
I watched what they were up to and we chatted.
I started promoting my first single and they asked me to be on their show.
I literally COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.
Just like that, I was a part of a super cool music community and we are all building eachother up.
Music is not a competition. Music is a world we are lucky to be a part of.
I'm especially excited now about where things are going.
